01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and aek444 ("aek444", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at aek444.app ("the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the aek444 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the aek444 Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations applicable to online gaming and betting in the jurisdiction in which aek444 operates. aek444 reserves the right to apply additional product-specific terms, which, where they conflict with these general Terms, shall take precedence in the context of that specific product or service.

Players are responsible for ensuring that online betting and casino gaming is lawful in their country or region of residence. aek444 makes no representation regarding the legality of its services in every jurisdiction. It is your personal responsibility to check local laws before registering and using the Platform.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to use the aek444 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, not as a representative of a company or on behalf of another person.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which access to online betting or casino services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from aek444 or any affiliated platform, nor have you been excluded by operation of a third-party responsible gaming programme.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.
• You are opening and operating only one (1) aek444 account. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.

Age Verification

aek444 actively enforces age verification at the point of registration and may request additional documentary proof of age at any time during the lifecycle of your account. Acceptable verification documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), Passport, or Birth Certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Where age cannot be verified to aek444's satisfaction, the account will be suspended pending resolution.

Any funds deposited to an account belonging to a person under 18 will be refunded to the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account) used for deposit. No winnings generated from underage play will be paid out under any circumstances.

03 Account Registration & Verification

To access betting, casino, and gaming features on aek444, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure without payment of any outstanding balance.

One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one (1) active aek444 account. If aek444 identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual — through shared device identifiers, payment method fingerprints, IP addresses, or matching personal details — all accounts except the first registered account will be suspended. Any bonus funds accumulated across duplicate accounts will be voided, and aek444 reserves the right to withhold winnings derived from duplicated account activity pending investigation.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Process

aek444 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure consistent with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents before your first withdrawal is processed:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID Card or Passport)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash / Nagad account registered in your name)

Failure to complete the KYC process within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may result in temporary account suspension. aek444 will not process withdrawals to payment methods not registered in the same name as the aek444 account.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aek444 account credentials. aek444 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-step SMS verification. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your legal responsibility unless you have notified aek444 of unauthorised access by writing to [email protected] without undue delay.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the aek444 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). aek444 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 3 business hours to reflect in your aek444 balance during standard Bangladesh banking hours (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM BST, Sunday–Thursday).
• aek444 does not charge processing fees on deposits made via local Bangladeshi mobile wallets.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 2–24 hours after KYC verification is complete.
• aek444 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawals above ৳50,000 BDT, which may extend processing time up to 5 business days.
• Pending bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed from a balance containing active bonus funds.

Prohibited Financial Conduct

aek444 maintains strict anti-money laundering controls. Players must not use the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. aek444 cooperates fully with competent authorities where required and will freeze accounts suspected of involvement in financial crime pending investigation. Any winnings or balances linked to fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity will be voided without compensation.

05 Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any game on the aek444 Platform, you agree to the applicable product rules in force at the time of play. The following general rules apply across all aek444 products.

Sports Betting

• All sports betting markets are subject to the specific event rules published on the relevant market page at the time of bet placement.
• Odds displayed on the aek444 Platform are the final odds at the time of bet acceptance. Odds may change before acceptance; the odds confirmed on your bet slip are the odds that will apply to settlement.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time at aek444's discretion, particularly around key match events such as wickets, goals, or penalties.
• Bets placed on clearly incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error will be voided. aek444 reserves the right to void bets where a pricing error is identified, regardless of settlement status.
• Cricket markets cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. Specific market availability depends on match timing and data feed availability.

Casino & Slot Games

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by regulated game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee results for any individual session or spin.

Fishing games including Treasure Boat Fishing operate on a credit-staking model. The BDT value of in-game catches is converted to account balance at the rate displayed in the game interface at the time of play. Game credits purchased are non-refundable once used in a round.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

aek444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional programmes to eligible players. Participation in any bonus offer is voluntary. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail for that offer only.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements for each offer are stated in the promotion's terms at the point of claiming.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• aek444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through matched betting on low-risk outcomes to extract bonus value, creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers repeatedly, or colluding with other players — will have their bonus voided and may have their account suspended.
• Bonus funds expire as stated in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account balance without further notice.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are played at the stake value specified in the promotion and cannot be reassigned to a different game or stake level.

Bangladesh-Specific Promotions

07 Responsible Gaming Obligations

Player Obligations

• You must set and respect personal deposit limits appropriate to your financial means.

aek444's Responsible Gaming Tools

The following tools are available to all registered aek444 players free of charge from the Responsible Gaming section of the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly BDT caps. Reductions are effective immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aek444 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all balances and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, using stolen payment credentials, or submitting forged verification documents.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through multiple accounts, collusion, arbitrage betting strategies designed purely to extract bonus value with minimal genuine risk, or circumventing wagering requirements through technical means.
• Collusion and match-fixing: Coordinating with other players, sports participants, or third parties to influence the outcome of any event or game in order to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of automated tools: Deploying bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence systems, or any other non-human intervention to place bets or interact with casino games on aek444.
• Money laundering: Using aek444 accounts to process, layer, or disguise the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment reversals or chargebacks on deposits while retaining winnings derived from those funds. All chargeback attempts will be investigated and may result in account closure and legal action.
• Hacking and technical exploitation: Attempting to access aek444's systems, databases, or infrastructure without authorisation; exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.

aek444 reserves the right to withhold any balance or winnings under investigation and to pursue appropriate legal remedies against players engaged in prohibited conduct. Decisions regarding prohibited conduct are made at aek444's sole discretion following internal review.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the aek444 Platform — including but not limited to the aek444 brand name, logo, website design, user interface, game graphics, promotional materials, text, data compilations, and software — is the intellectual property of aek444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the aek444 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any aek444 content without prior written authorisation.
• Using the aek444 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context or in a manner that could cause consumer confusion.
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the aek444 Platform for any purpose.
• Reverse-engineering any game software, application, or component of the aek444 Platform.

Any unauthorised use of aek444's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability and will result in immediate account closure.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aek444 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of enjoyment, or any financial loss resulting from betting or gaming activity.

aek444 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party provider outages, or force majeure events.
• Any particular game outcome, sporting event result, or betting market settlement will align with your expectations or strategy.
• Information published on the Platform (including odds, statistics, and game descriptions) is always current, accurate, or complete.

In jurisdictions where a complete exclusion of liability is not permitted, aek444's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their aek444 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary Closure

You may close your aek444 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, aek444 will process any verified pending withdrawal of your real-money balance to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided all outstanding KYC requirements have been met and there are no active investigations related to your account.

Closure by aek444

aek444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Failure to complete mandatory KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Identification of the account holder as a minor (under 18 years of age).
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Where an account is closed by aek444 due to a material breach of these Terms, aek444 reserves the right to void all bonus balances and may withhold real-money winnings generated from prohibited conduct pending investigation. Verified real-money deposits that are unconnected to prohibited conduct will be returned to the registered payment method.

12 Amendments to These Terms

aek444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights, payment terms, or game rules — aek444 will provide notice to registered players via email or via an in-Platform notification at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Minor amendments — such as clarifications, typographical corrections, or updates to contact information — may be made without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon publication. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page and in the hero section above reflects the date of the most recent substantive update.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the aek444 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

All previous versions of the aek444 Terms & Conditions are archived and available on request by writing to [email protected]. aek444 will retain records of the Terms in force at any given date to support dispute resolution and regulatory compliance.
